WhatsApp introduced the ability to create and join larger groups on the messaging platform.
Android and iOS users can now add up to 512 participants to a WhatsApp group.
The feature was released today and will roll out to the updated WhatsApp app over the next 24 hours.
This isn’t the only group feature WhatsApp users will get this year. The company is also preparing to launch a community feature, which has been in development for a long time.
