He was last driving a 2012 red Ford Mustang with a white stripe on the rocker board and brief Kansas tags with the number C63-2096.
Individuals from the Chaska Police Department helped with the Saturday search. Before he vanished, Mshale news demonstrates that Oyugi had sent a text to his younger sibling that he was going home from the Lake/Savage region to their home in St. Bonifacius.
In any case, he never made it home. Oyugi is 5-foot-9 180 pounds with dark hair and earthy colored eyes.
Minnesota Kenyans Association, which is the consortium of Kenyan associations in Minnesota, has contacted the local area and requested volunteers to help in the hunt.

As indicated by Mshale news, volunteers will meet and get courses from assigned group search pioneers, Lillian Otieno and Huldah Momanyi. MKA, which is the consortium of Kenyan relationship in Minnesota, with counseling help from Minnesota United, a volunteer hunt and salvage association, is contacting the local area and requesting volunteers to help in the pursuit on Saturday at 9:00 am.
Oyugi’s folks, Richard and Mirriam Onkunya, from Wichita, said during a Friday Zoom meeting coordinated by Minnesota Kenyans Association (MKA) to examine the inquiry on Saturday, that police have disclosed to them that their Oyugi’s mobile phone was pinged at 4:00 pm on Saturday, twelve hours from when he messaged his sibling. The area of the ping is almost a Storage Mart.
Oyugi moved on from Wichita Southeast High School and proceeded to play basket ball at Neosho County Community College in Kansas.
He later moved to Minessota in 2017 and enlisted at Crown College.
“Whatever we need to do to get the resources here, we need to do it,” says Huldah Momanyi. “There’s a lot of resources in this state and lets get some resources to Detective Wagner and make sure that our brother is given the same attention as any other child missing in this state.”
