Gatundu South member of parliament Moses Kuria warned the GEMA community against voting for Azimio la Umoja leader Raila Odinga.
He claimed Kikuyus, led by Kenya’s founding father Mzee Jomo Kenyatta, took an oath in 1969 never to elect an ‘uncircumcised’ leader as president.

Narok Woman Rep: It’s time for others, I won’t defend my seat
MP Tuya has held the Woman Rep position for two terms.
Narok County Woman Representative Soipan Tuya has announced that she is not going to defend her seat in the August 9, polls.

In a statement released on Saturday, the woman MP said it is time for another Narok woman to lead.
“It is a lifetime honour! Being an Affirmative Action position and 10 years office, I believe it’s time for the next Narok woman to build her leadership and political muscle through this position,” she said in a statement on Facebook.
MP Tuya expressed her gratitude to the people of Narok for giving her the opportunity to serve them.

Safaricom has warned it’s users against unscrupulous dealers using Fuliza to defraud the public. The Telco asked it’s subscribers to be wary of individuals claiming that they can increase their Fuliza limit.
