Super Metro introduced electric buses to five key routes in Nairobi and outlying towns including Kikuyu and Kitengela.
On February 14, Super Metro Sacco head Nelson Mwangi Nduki told Kenyans.co.ke that Ngong, Juja, and Imara Daima locals would utilize the electric buses.
Waiyaki Way will carry Kikuyu-bound buses through Westlands, Kangemi, Uthiru, and Kinoo. Kitengela-bound buses will follow Mombasa Road.
Nduki said the corporation offered local residents five buses.
