Serian is a beautiful house located just next to the highway about a km from the main road. Narok town is just 5km from the house, and the compound is quiet and serene away from the noisy urban area. Serian is perfect for weekend getaways as a group or even for couples. The house sits on an acre therefore there is a large compound for you to relax in. Three of the rooms have private balconies that offer beautiful views. This is exclusively a self-catering home, so guests have 
to come with their food and drinks as we do not provide any. If guests want to cook the kitchen is fully stocked with cooker microwave and fridge. We have a caretaker in the compound just in case anyone needs help with something. Hot showers are available in each room.

Guests can access the whole house, there are no limits. The compound is quite big and can be used by the guests.
Other things to note
We can arrange Tour vans at an additional fee that can take you for a day trip to the Maasai Mara. The Van pick up is at 4 am and the arrival back to the house is 8 pm.

This is a mansion 10-15 minutes away from Narok. The owner lives in Nairobi and the house manager lives in a home inside the compound. They are very nice to deal with. It is very safe. Nice views from upstairs bedrooms and porches. Beautifully manicured landscaping. If you don’t have a car you should have the phone number for a taxi since it is one kilometer from the road. I would stay here again.
Very nice space… The rooms are very big… Large balconies and humongous compound… Would suggest this place for a large group out-of-town chill plan.

Soila’s place is at a perfect location, just near the main highway and very easy to get to. Her place is great, the caretaker,s hospitality was great. Beautiful view, large balconies, very clean and has everything you need.
Soila was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Recommend trying the Serian Vacation House.

For a stopover between Naivasha and the Massai Mara Park, I recommend the Soila house.
Very pleasant welcome, be careful to plan the shopping before landing because the city is a few kilometers away. Very pleasant breakfast on the high terrace. I recommend.

Super friendly family and the house is clean and big and nice. The living room is super comfy. Lydia and her family helped us organize a bbq going so far as to go shopping for us while we were in Masai mara 10/10 thank you, Lydia!
4. TRACIA APARTMENT
Tracia’s apartment is all you need for a holiday home. It is available for you in Narok town – just around 2 km away from tm junction on the way to Ewaso Ngiro. Tracia is an oxygen-filled space, the ambiance is cool.

They have one and two-bedroom houses that are in a gated compound. Sufficient water, solar-generated fuel for lighting, and heating the water for showers. All rooms are ensuite with an outside latrine at the entrance of the compound. The sitting rooms and dining areas are available in both houses.

From Narok -bomet road at tm junction, turn left just opposite the kobil petrol station. Drive for around two kilometers then at olerai center (first shopping center from the junction), the caretaker will receive you from the bus stop to the apartment.
Other things to note
1. Breakfast will be provided.
2. Solar water heater may not make water hot enough on some days due to sun strength. We wait eagerly for electricity. The deep freezer does not work with the solar.
3. Events can be held but proper planning and monitoring by adults is required and the participants should be limited to a maximum of 20 people.
