The Akothee Foundation, she claims, is struggling financially and she just cannot do it all by herself.
The benevolent musician was made aware of Makina Adhiambo’s predicament, in which she is slated to enroll at Nyakach Girls High School but her parents are unable to afford the tuition.
After hearing of the girl’s predicament, Akothee explained she was already supporting too many kids to take on any more.
In addition, she pleaded with her followers to donate what they could to the cause, so that the girl may receive an education.
Let us assist Makina Adhiambo in becoming one of the Nyakach women.
She passed with a score of 351. Yet she has shown no indication that she will be attending classes when they begin on September 6, 2023. I can’t be expected to carry the load by myself, as you well know.
Please understand that I am already paying for the education of a large number of other kids, and you are well aware of this. Unfortunately, the Akothee Foundation has failed to secure any financial backing. The entire sum came straight out of my own pocket.
It’s a lot to take in, but when things like this keep coming up in the news, I just can’t keep quiet.
So, as a team, let’s get this girl enrolled in school for the upcoming school year by donating to the Akothee Foundation!
