Justina Syokau, the creator of the hit song Twedi Twedi, claims that her ex-husband expelled her when their marriage ended.
Justina described her former experience of being in an abusive marriage in an interview with “The Trend”
Justina said that her partner had been unfaithful, and she was eventually kicked out along with their child.
“When we first started dating, I never imagined he would end up as a serial cheater, and he was. He used to throw us out while I was pregnant, but I persisted since our parents had always told us to stick together.
“I used to believe he would change since so many people prayed for us, but I could always find him with women. After a while, he kicked us out, and I moved under the Muthurwa bridges “She spoke.
According to the mother of one, her ex-husband is a deadbeat.
The single mother confessed in a different interview that she wanted to have six more children with her future partner.
She stated:
“When I say I want a rich man, people assume I’m searching for a sponsor. In reality, though, I’m seeking for a man who can handle responsibility. Regardless of age, I can marry anyone as long as he can support me “She spoke.
Additionally, Justina Syokau disclosed that since her divorce from her husband in 2013, she has been celibate.
The 2020 hitmaker said why she chose to abstain from sexual activity in an interview with Consumator: she wanted to avoid temptation so she could take care of her son.
“I divorced my husband after having a child and chose to live a celibate life because I didn’t want to fall prey to temptation once more and I needed to help my partner with his obligations. It is better to avoid temptation than to fall prey to it. Have a child with a man who will abandon you to raise the child on your own.”
The singer continued by saying that being single has its benefits, including independence, and that she has never been with a man since her broken marriage.
A year after getting married in 2012, Justina Syokau filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences, including infidelity.
